Art'Rhena is organising its first drawing competition to coincide with the Opéra national du Rhin's opera for young audiences, ‘Les Trois Brigands’, which will be performed on stage on 11 December. The theme of the art competition is the famous children's book by Alsatian cartoonist Tomi Ungerer. Like Tomi Ungerer, the Art'Rhena team is inviting you to imagine what the Three Brigands might look like. Would they be brigands or brigandesses? Would they have plaits, beards, hats, tattoos or an eye patch? The medium, tools and format are free. Entrants will be divided into three categories: children (up to the age of 12), teenagers and adults (aged 18 and over). Entrants have until November 15 to send or hand in their entries to Art'Rhena. They could win 2 tickets to a show and an art kit.
